Fiscal year ending represents a huge opportunity to allow the team, as a group, to evaluate its past working year, to articulate and identify what went well and what did not. We start the event with a Team Retrospective, to help participants surface blockers, uncover insights to solve them and identify the actions they need to take in order to improve whatever is relevant for them.
